Hi, I'm Jen — therapist, real human, and your go-to for navigating anxiety when you're high-achieving, self-aware… and honestly? kind of exhausted.

  • Yup, Both! I see women in-person at my office in West Plano (literally just north of Dallas) and virtually via telehealth in Texas. So whether you'd rather sit across from me or show up in your car between school pickup and dinner, we always make It work!

    • First things first — I'm not going to sit across from you with a clipboard and a neutral expression. We're going to actually talk.

    • The first session or two I'll ask a lot of questions. Not to analyze you — just to get a real picture of what's going on and what you actually want out of this. From there we'll figure out what we're working toward together.

    • Sessions look different depending on what you need. Some days we go deep. Some days we problem-solve. Some days we laugh more than you'd expect. All of it counts. All of it moves something.

    • You'll leave with more than just a vent session — real perspective, actual tools, and a clearer sense of what's driving the patterns that keep showing up in your life.

    • It's not always easy work. But it's worth it. And you won't be doing it alone.

    • Most of my clients start to feel a real shift within a few sessions and hit their goals around the six month mark. Some wrap up there, but honestly, majority keep going because they like having a dedicated space to think, process, and stay accountable.

    • There's no set timeline and no pressure either way. We'll check in on your progress regularly and you'll always know where we stand. This is your therapy — we move at your pace.
