Hi, I’m Jen
The therapist for high-achieving women and moms who are tired of looking fine on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck in their head on the inside.
I work with women who carry a lot — mentally, emotionally, and in everyday life. Whether it is anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or the constant pressure to hold everything together, therapy with me is warm, honest, and practical. This is a space to slow down, understand what is really going on, and feel more grounded, clear, and like yourself again.

A supportive space for moms who feel overwhelmed, anxious, and stretched too thin. Together, we’ll work through the mental load, calm the nervous system, and build practical ways to help you feel more present, balanced, and like yourself again.
